The Miss Ogynistic Beauty Pageant Comes to The Duplex Cabaret Theatre
On Saturday, September 30th at 9:30pm, The Miss Ogynistic Beauty Pageant takes place at The Duplex Cabaret Theatre, featuring former Miss America Kirsten Haglund, former Miss New York Joanne Nosuchinsky, former Miss New York Iman Oubou; beauty pageant contestants Robert Punchur (Zoolander 2, HBO), Juannell Riley (Winner of Stand Up NY's Bring It!, and Usama Sidiquee (Laughing Devil Cup Winner); performance by international rollerdancer Cecile Klaus.
All proceeds will benefit the Voices of Women Organizing Project, a non-profit dedicated to ensuring that the voices of survivors are heard, recognized for their expertise, and included in the decision-making process.
