Ten-Foot Rat Cabaret Set for UNDER St. Marks, 11/4
Every month, Ten-Foot Rat Cabaret presents the best in quality entertainment - a well-curated mélange of thrilling music, smart comedy, theater, burlesque, performance art, storytelling, and more.
Now in its Third Verminious Year, Ten-Foot Rat Cabaret is celebrating tonight with a slew of Canadian and New York City talent to fête host Jillian Thomas' Significant Birthday. Appearing this month will be acclaimed comedic storyteller (and Canadian) Paul Hutcheson, the vocal stylings of Devon Hubka, humorist, storyteller, and resident madman Bill Chambers, Weimar-tinged storyteller Gregor of Berlin (AKA Gregory Levine), the Guilty Pleasures dance troupe, and a roll call of Gotham's best entertainers. There will be cake and candy for all ages and alcohol for those 21+ years of age!
As always, hosted by Jillian Thomas of the Foul-Mouthed Girl Tour, hostess of Canada's longest-running pot-cafe comedy show, veteran of the popular Canuck Cabaret and Horse Trade's annual FRIGID Festival/Oscar Awards Party.
Ten-Foot Rat Cabaret plays at UNDER St. Marks (94 St. Marks Place between 1st Avenue and Avenue A) every first Wednesday of the month at 9:30pm. Tickets ($10) are available for advance purchase at www.horseTRADE.info or at the box office before the show.
