Eadie Scott will bring her cabaret show "Wished on the Moon: A Tribute to Dorothy Parker" to Don't Tell Mama on November 4th. Following a successful performance at the Laurie Beechman, Scott will perform her cabaret of Dorothy Parker songs, monologues, and poetry for a special one night event.

"Wished on the Moon" follows "the journey of one woman in her search for love using monologues, poetry and lyrics written by Dorothy Parker. Scott's stage persona sings and recounts the tales of loves lost with pathos, hope and timeless humor." The night features additional songs by some of Broadway's most famous composers, including Cole Porter, Jerome Kern, and Francesca Blumenthal. The cabaret is directed by Collette Black and features musical direction by Ricky Ritzel. "Wished on the Moon" is conceived and performed by Eadie Scott.

Scott originally performed "Wished on the Moon" in 1993 to honor Parker's 100th birthday. She was awarded Cab Magazines Best New Artist Award for her performance.

Scott has also appeared in Evita at the Walnut Street Theatre, Jonsetown the Musical at the Fringe Festival, The Pirates of Penzance in Pittsburgh, A Christmas Carol and My Fair Lady at the GeVa Theatre, and Voice of the City at the York Theatre.
