FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Diane D'Angelo in "I'm in the Mood for Love" on Tuesday, October 24th 2017.

San Francisco's sultry and sophisticated Diane D'Angelo makes her Feinstein's/54 Below debut with her new show "I'm in the Mood for Love." Having established herself as a cabaret singer in Manhattan, Diane returns to NYC for the first time in over a decade. With a classical background, D'Angelo easily crosses over to the cabaret stage with her lush interpretations of the American Popular Songbook. Through the music of Harold Arlen & Johnny Mercer, Cole Porter, Hoagy Carmichael, and Lerner & Loewe, and with her dear friends, Rick Jensen and Lina Koutrakos at the musical and directorial helm, along with Tom Hubbard on bass, this velvety female crooner sings us a love story. With her long awaited debut CD on the heels of this one-night-only show, we encourage you to join us!

Rick Jensen - D'Angelo's Music Director - is a multi-awarded MAC recipient for Best Musical Director. An extraordinary musical arranger and accompanist. Rick was the long-time pianist for Nancy Lamott. He has accompanied singers from Sally Mayes to Lucie Arnaz.

Director Lina Koutrakos, a long-time friend of Diane's is a multi-winner of the MAC Award in categories including Best Director. She has won a Bistro Award as Best Director, teaches and directs all over the United States and directs a range of singers from debut performers to seasoned pros.

Bassist Tom Hubbard joins D'Angelo and Jensen on stage. A two-time MAC winner, he has performed with a wide variety of artists across the musical spectrum from Liza Minnelli and Stacey Kent to Marilyn Maye and Martha and the Vandellas. He has performed in many of the world's leading venues including the Kennedy Center, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, The Sydney Opera House and more.

Diane D'Angelo in "I'm in the Mood for Love" plays Feinstein's/54 Below (254 West 54th Street) on Tuesday, October 24th at 7:00 pm. There is a $35-$45 cover charge and $25 food and beverage minimum.
