Carly Ozard to Debut at The Rrazz Room, 4/24

Critically-acclaimed musical theater singer and comedic cabaret artist Carly Ozard presents her newest cabaret show Bewitched, Bothered, and Bipolar! - Where mood and music are characterized by humor and triumph as well as tragedy.

Carly Ozard's previous show was BITTER AND BE GAY, a sold-out cabaret show which debuted at the Octavia Lounge in 2008. Carly was named Best New Cabaret Performer of  San Francisco at the Cabaret Showcase Showdown in 2009. She returned to Martuni's to debut Bewitched, Bothered, and Bipolar!! Ozard gently and humorously relates struggling with bipolar disorder, with humorous effects along with a hilarious re-write of "Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered" by local lyricist Tom Orr. Acoustic guitar and back-up vocals are featured by Brendan Getzell and Jennifer Martinelli. Musical selections include works by Leonard Bernstein, Craig Carnelia, Alanis Morisette, Laura Nyro, Andre & Dory Previn, Rodgers & Hart, Marvin Hamlisch, Queen and more.
