Broadway Sessions celebrates new music from Laurence O'Keefe, Rob Rokicki, Carner and Gregor, Joe Iconis and more tonight!


BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano. This Thursday night, October 12th , Broadway Sessions offers up a "NEW WORKS PALOOZA" featuring some of NY's most beloved writers paired with an impressive line up of singers.

Writers presenting brand new music include Laurence O'Keefe (Heathers, Bat Boy, Heathers), Carner and Gregor (Island Song), Rob Rokicki (Percy Jackson and The Lightning Thief), Alexander Sage Oyen, Nat Zegree, Thomson and Desmon, Joe Iconis and more.

Featuring vocalists Luca Padoven (School of Rock), Janine DiVita (Drood), Kate Loprest (Wicked), Allie Trimm (!3 the Musical), Emily Schultheis (Wicked), Michael Andrew Daly, Imari Hardon (Ave. Q), Melissa Modifer, Marissa Rosen (Marty Thomas' DIVA)

The evening will feature special music director Kyle Branzel.

Broadway Sessions takes place every Thursday evening at The Laurie Beechman Theater inside The West Bank Café located at 407 west 42nd street (corner of 42nd street and 9th avenue). Showtime at 11. $5 drink specials all night. $10 advance/ $15 at door cover includes a donation to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids.
