The 2013-2014 season at Pace University's Michael Schimmel Center for the Arts will feature rising opera stars.

In her first recital performance since winning the prestigious 2013 Cardiff Singer of the World competition and Cardiff Singer of the World Song Prize, Jamie Barton will open VOCE AT PACE:Rising Opera Stars in Recital at the Schimmel! Ms. Barton is the winner of the 2007 Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions, a Grammy nominee and a recipient of a Richard Tucker Career Grant.
