Only Connect! (A Celebration)- This Sunday 30th October, pre-Concert talk 5:30pm, the concert starts 6pm. Tickets are £12, £10 (concession).

Taking the theme of composers traveling and connecting, Peter Sheppard Skaerved, leader of the in residence Kreutzer Quartet, has for the first time linked a series of portraits at the National Portrait Gallery. Exposing intricate relationships, the exhibition sheds new light on the artwork. Haydn, Paganini and Mendelssohn crossed paths in London. Beethoven was sent to Vienna to study with Haydn and Paganini went to Vienna to buy Beethoven's late Quartets. Join him for an evening of music also inspired by these relationships.
