Suffolk Theater announces all brand-new shows for January. Shows feature a wide range of artists from one of the most awarded musicians in the Blues genre all the way to the pioneers of Country/Rock. PURE PRAIRIE LEAGUE

January 7 at 8:00PM

Featuring founding member and pedal-steel innovator John David Call, PPL celebrates 50 years together by continuing to embellish their history as one of Country-Rock's pioneering forces - leading the way for the new generation of Country/Rockers such as Keith Urban, Nickel Creek, Wilco, Counting Crows and so many others that cite PPL as a major influence. Tickets range from $49 - $69, plus applicable fees.

Louis Prima Jr. AND THE WITNESSES

January 8 at 8:00PM

Son of legendary entertainer Louis Prima, Louis Prima Jr. is known for his energetic and over-the-top performances with his boisterous New Orleans-style band The Witnesses. Crossing several genres, Louis Prima Jr. and The Witnesses perform original music as well as Prima classics. Tickets range from $49 - $69, plus applicable fees.

CLASSIC STONES LIVE

Notoriously hailed as "The Glimmer Twins", front man Keith Call and guitarist Bernie Bollendorf capture both jaw-dropping resemblance to and the musical prowess of Mick Jagger and Keith Richards. From the signature saxophone solo in "Brown Sugar" to the unforgettable backing vocals in "Gimme Shelter", every last detail has been accounted for by this eight-piece band, capturing the raw energy of The Stones in their legendary prime. John Hammond & Kim Wilson

Two renowned Blues artists, John Hammond and Kim Wilson, come together for a celebration of one of the most influential harmonica improvisers of the late 20th century, Little Walter. John Hammond is a world renowned Blues singer and guitarist known for his iconic acoustic guitars and barrelhouse style since 1962. Hammond is one of the most awarded musicians in the Blues genre with one Grammy award and 8 nominations as well as 10 Blues Music Awards and 22 nominations. Joining Hammond is Blues Music Award winner Kim Wilson, who is best known as a founding member, lead singer, and harmonica player for The Fabulous Thunderbirds. Tickets range from $49 - $79, plus applicable fees.
