Undoubtedly history's most romantic and tragic story of the original star crossed lovers, Romeo and Juliet lends itself beautifully to the language of ballet, from kinetic violence to the exquisite pain of young love, the warring Capulets and Montagues are brought to thrilling life through the choreography of award-winning dancer and Moiseyev Dance Company soloist Nikolay Anokhin.

This full-scale production is choreographed by Bolshoi Theatre Ballet Choreographer Michael Lavrovsky, and based on William Shakespeare's timeless tale of tragic love. The State Ballet Theatre of Russia presents 55 of Russia's brightest ballet stars to bring this celebration of true love onto the Fox Theatre's stage.
