Connecticut Dance Alliance to Host Shoreline Regional Meeting

In an effort to ensure the Connecticut Dance Alliance (CDA) is more easily accessible to all, the organization is establishing Regional Chapters throughout the State of CT.

The first meeting of the CT Shoreline Region will be held on Friday, March 3, 2017 from 11:30am - 1pm at Living Rock Church, 138 Route 81, Killingworth, CT.

The Shorline Region will be led by Elisa Schroth, Interim Artistic Director of Company Ekklesia Contemporary Ballet. Elisa will serve as our first regional meeting host. This meeting will include a welcome and update by CDA President, Barbara Ally along with discussion on how the organization can best support the needs of dancers, choreographers, dance administrators, dance educators and dance supporters/enthusiasts in the Shoreline Region; special guest Donita Aruny from the Shoreline Arts Alliance will share what the Alliance is and how it supports the arts in the Shoreline area; our host will provide insight into Company Ekklesia Contemporary Ballet, which will include a brief performance; there will be time for networking; a light lunch will be served.
