ASO Presents CLASSIC SOUL This Weekend

Principal Pops Conductor Michael Krajewski will lead the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra (ASO) in "Classic Soul"-part of the Orchestra's POPS! Series-tonight, April 17, 2015, at 8:00 p.m., and Saturday, April 18, 2015, at 8:00 p.m. in Atlanta Symphony Hall at the Woodruff Arts Center.

Superstar vocalists Capathia Jenkins and Darius de Haas will join the Orchestra for the Motown-inspired program, which will include classic songs of the '60s and '70s by iconic soul artists Stevie Wonder, Otis Redding, Barry White and more.

Tickets are $25-$65. Additional details are available at aso.org.

The concert will also feature three Georgia State University students: Melissa Joseph, soprano, Shala Whitehead, soprano and Nick Yaquinto, baritone.
