When Money Talks, Evil Walks..and the Hollywood Casting Couch Laura Vivian is a survivor of child abuse. From the young age of 3 years old into her early adulthood, she tells her story in "This Should Never Have Happened" about her father's endless abuse, repeatedly assaulting her siblings and herself. The current news headlines continue to show the growing infamy of sexual assault, as emphasized from the casting couch of Hollywood with the Weinstein and Cosby cases. Vivian penned her most recent thoughts in her This Should Never Have Happened blog, When Money Talks, Evil Walks. She highlights action items and resources for survivors of casting couch crimes and for those who may be still suffering in silence.

Laura Vivian stated "Don't be deceived by the appearance and titles. You don't know what is going on behind closed doors. My father always said to me "This Never Happened". As a young child, I was abused repeatedly by my father. I also witnessed my father's non-stop abuse of my brothers and sisters."

Laura Vivian will share her personal triumph over years of child abuse when she joins WATC TV 57 Atlanta's "Friends and Neighbors" airing on Tuesday, June 5, 2018, at 6:30 AM ET and 4:30 PM ET. She shares her toolkit for how to get help. Vivian stated..." to forever give thanks that God has brought you through the awful debris, to the other side of the raging river, intact to tell your story, to be His instrument against the evil in this world."
