Internationally bestselling author John Green is teaming up with Books-A-Million at Concord Mills to host an event with brother Hank Green in support of his most recent novel "Turtles All the Way Down." The Green brothers will appear on Thursday, October 12 at 7 p.m. at the McGlohon Theater at 345 N College Street in Charlotte. Guests will hear more about Green's anticipated novel, coming nearly six years after the release of his instant bestseller "The Fault in Our Stars." The event will also include audience questions, live music and more!

In "Turtles All the Way Down," Green tells the tale of sixteen-year-old Aza. Aza never intended to pursue the mystery of fugitive billionaire Russell Pickett, but there's a hundred-thousand-dollar reward at stake and her best and most fearless friend, Daisy, is eager to investigate. So together, they navigate the short distance and broad divides that separate them from Russell Pickett's son, Davis. Aza is trying. She is trying to be a good daughter, a good friend, a good student, and maybe even a good detective, while also living within the ever-tightening spiral of her own thoughts. Green shares Aza's story with shattering, unflinching clarity in this brilliant novel of love, resilience and the power of lifelong friendship.

John Green is the award-winning, No. 1 bestselling author of "Looking for Alaska," "An Abundance of Katherines," "Paper Towns," "Will Grayson," "Will Grayson (with David Levithan)" and "The Fault in Our Stars." His many accolades include the Printz Medal, a Printz Honor and the Edgar Award. Green has been a finalist twice for the LA Times Book Prize and was selected by TIME magazine as one of the 100 Most Influential People in the World. With his brother, Hank, John is one half of the Vlogbrothers and also co-created the online educational series CrashCourse.

Tickets will be available prior to the event at bit.ly/BAMJohnGreen and at the door on the day of the event beginning at 6 p.m. One autographed copy of "Turtles All the Way Down" is included with the purchase of a ticket.
