B Inspired Hosting 2nd Annual Wellness Festival, INSPIREfest In November

CHESTNUT HILL, Pa., Oct. 31, 2018 /PRNewswire/ On Saturday, November 10, B Inspired will be hosting their second annual autumn wellness festival, renamed "INSPIREfest," in honor of special guest, Mallika Chopra. This festival will be the fourth of its kind that B Inspired founders Liz Harris and Amy Carolla have hosted. This year's three-hour event will feature a morning of exercise and meditation and a chance to learn about the newest wellness trends.

"Our family-friendly wellness festival provides such a special opportunity for our community to hear from the wise and inspiring, Mallika Chopra, and experience exercise, meditation and other wellness features!"

Mallika Chopra will lead in a period of meditation and speak on her most recent book, Just Breathe. Chopra, daughter of prominent author and public speaker Deepak Chopra, is also the founder of Intent.coma website that focuses on personal and global wellness.
