The Huntington Theatre Company announces the hottest new ticket in town, "35 Below" Wrap Parties. Those who are culturally curious and aged 21 to 35 are invited to attend special post-show events that offer free food and beverages, live music, an opportunity to mingle with the cast, creative team, and Huntington staff, and exclusive backstage access. Admission to each post-show Wrap Party is free with the purchase of a ticket to the preceding select performance.

"35 Below" is the Huntington Theatre Company's ongoing program providing $25 tickets to performances of all Huntington productions for those aged 35 and under.

The inaugural event, "Leave with the Wrong Girl," will be held Friday, March 5 following the first performance of Gina Gionfriddo's wickedly funny new comedy Becky Shaw. The event will feature funk/dance band Miss Fairchild, whose song "Vanilla Place" was featured on MTV's The Real World, an open bar, and delectable snacks from new restaurant and Wrap Party food sponsor Symphony 8.

Becky Shaw is Huntington Artistic Director Peter Dubois' latest New York smash it. This sharp and witty 2009 Pulitzer Prize finalist about a bad date gone bad is by Gina Gionfriddo (After Ashley, "Law & Order). When a newly married couple fixes up two romantically challenged friends, crisis and comedy ensue in this hilarious new play that asks what we owe the people we love the most and the strangers who land on our doorstep. The New York Times calls Becky Shaw, "Ferociously funny!" and, along with Entertainment Weekly and Time Out New York named the play one of the best of 2009. Becky Shaw plays at the B.U. Theatre March 5 - April 4, 2010. Learn more and buy tickets at huntingtontheatre.org/beckyshaw.

The second event, "One Kiss Changes Everything," will be on Friday, May 21, following a performance Craig Lucas' romantic modern classic Prelude to a Kiss. Wine, beer, and appetizers from new Provençal-themed restaurant Bistro du Midi will be served up, along with the folk-fusion rhythms of local favorite Hayley Jane and the Primates, featuring Annie Goodchild.

Huntington Artistic Director DuBois helms Prelude to a Kiss. A whirlwind romance. A storybook wedding. A kiss for the bride that suddenly changes everything. Craig Lucas (The Light in the Piazza, Longtime Companion) explores the enduring power of love and the nature of commitment in this breathtaking and life-affirming comedy that Variety calls, "An intimate and extremely delicate work. Exquisite writing with a sincerity that makes you believe." Prelude to a Kiss plays at the B.U. Theatre May 14 - June 15, 2010. Learn more at huntingtontheatre.org/prelude.
