Award-winning journalist Cynthia McFadden will join NBC News as Senior Legal and Investigative Correspondent, it was announced today by NBC News President Deborah Turness. McFadden spent the past twenty years at ABC News as a highly respected anchor and correspondent known for her diverse portfolio of powerful investigations. Her distinguished work has won many of broadcasting's most coveted prizes, including Emmy, Peabody, duPont and Foreign Press awards.

NBC and Don Mischer Productions announced today that voting is open via Twitter for fans to select their favorite Concert Comic for the “American Comedy Awards,” airing May 8 (9-11 p.m. ET/PT) on NBC.

CMT's PARTY DOWN SOUTH, the network's highest-rated original series, broke even more records as last Thursday's season one finale became the most-watched season finale in CMT history bringing in 1.06 million total viewers*, growing to a 1.39 million gross viewers with additional plays across VOD, CMT.com and on the CMT App. One last brawl and an emotional goodbye scored the series' highest rating to date among P12-24, earning a .75 live + 3.
