TIFF announced that Canadian actor Taylor Kitsch will be featured in a special 'In Conversation With...' event hosted by Cameron Bailey, Artistic Director of the Toronto International Film Festival, tonight, July 30 in Los Angeles.

It was revealed today that musician/singer/songwriter/actor Chan Marshall (also known as Cat Power)  will be the voice narrating the upcoming Janis Joplin documentary “Janis” from Academy Award-nominated director Amy Berg (“Deliver Us From Evil,” “West of Memphis”). The documentary will have its much anticipated World Premiere at the Venice Film Festival where it was just selected to screen out of competition.

This event is part of the international tour of TIFF's Canada's Top Ten Film Festival, and is presented in partnership with Film Independent at LACMA. Established by TIFF in 2001, the Canada's Top Ten Film Festival celebrates and promotes contemporary Canadian cinema and raises awareness of Canadian achievements in film.

This summer, Museum of the Moving Image will present See It Big! 70mm, every weekend from August 7 through 30, featuring eight films made between 1961 and 2014 -- all of them shot in 70mm and to be shown in 70mm prints in the majestic Sumner M. Redstone Theater.
