FEINSTEIN'S AT LOEWS REGENCY, the nightclub proclaimed "Best of New York" by New York Magazine and "an invaluable New York institution" by The New York Post, will continue its Winter 2011 season with the return of Broadway star Terri White on Sundays, January 16 and January 30. Ms. White will perform from the worlds of Broadway, jazz and beyond including selections like "Who Can I Turn To," "When You're Good to Mama" and "Necessity." Both shows, which features Bobby Peaco on piano and Ivan Bodley on bass, run at the Loews Regency Hotel (540 Park Avenue at 61st Street).
Terri White, who most recently stared on Broadway in Chicago and Finian's Rainbow, is preparing to co-star with Bernadette Peters in Stephen Sondheim and James Goldman's "Follies" at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC from May 21 to June 19. Her other notable Broadway credits include the original "Joice Heth" in Barnum with Jim Dale and Glenn Close and as Nell Carter's understudy in 1978 in Ain't Misbehavin', later replacing her in the revival in 1988 with Patti Austin and winning an Obie award for her work in The Club.Photo Credit: Linda Lenzi
