Suzanna Ross Returns to the Triad in a Cabaret Show of Pure Romance
Suzanna Ross will be singing at The Triad Theater in a repeat performance on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 7p.m. With a romantic line-up of songs drawn from American, French, and other songbooks, recent reviews include "convincing to the ears" - whether sung in English or French - "passionate," "well-paced" and "magical."
Moving along the decades and genres of song, this show will highlight favorites from jazz and pop, French chansons, and Bossa Nova. There are also a few surprises from the song lists of Marlene Dietrich, Peggy Lee, Marilyn Monroe, and a nod to Patsy Cline.
Suzanna has performed her show in New York City at The Metropolitan Room, Pangea, Kitano Jazz, TOMI Jazz, and the Triad. She recently appeared at the famed jazz club, Trumpets, and was a guest singer at the Metropolitan Room's reunion show.
Musical direction & piano by Gregory Toroian. Jazz trio.
The Triad has a 2-drink minimum.
