STAGE TUBE: New World Stages RENT Goes Viral With Online Auditions!

Can't make it to New York or Los Angeles for open calls to audition for the New World Stages production of RENT? That's where the 2011 online audition contest comes in. The entry deadline for the online audition contest is 11:59 PM Eastern on Friday, March 18, 2011, and already hundreds of videos have made their way to YouTube.
Below, view some of the video auditions - from casual fans to professionals, and everyone in between! Visit www.siteforrent.com beginning Monday, March 21, to vote for your favorite audition video - the online audition entrant who receives the most number of votes will receive round-trip transportation to NYC for an official RENT audition with Telsey + Co.
