By: May. 21, 2012

Singer and actress Jordin Sparks appeared on Ryan Seacrest's radio show this morning and shared the very last recorded song of the late, great recording artist Whitney Houston. The single is a duet with Sparks entitled "Celebrate" from their upcoming film 'Sparkle'. Get a first listen to the duet below!

SPARKLE is set to be released in theaters on August 24th by Sony Pictures. The project marks the final film by the legendary singer and actress Whitney Houston. Houston died in February in her hotel room in Beverly Hills. Her death was ruled an accidental drowning.

SPARKLE is a remake of the 1976 film by the same name. Houston will play the role of Jordin Sparks's mother, which will feature the original score from composer Curtis Mayfield. Salim Akil and Mara Brock Akil served as writer and director. Along with Jordin Sparks and Whitney Houston the cast includes Derek Luke, Mike Epps, Carmen Ejogo, Tika Sumpter, Omari Hardwick and Cee-Lo Green.
