Yale Repertory Theatre presents the world premiere of Sarah Ruhl's DEAR ELIZABETH, a play in letters from Elizabeth Bishop to Robert Lowell and back again, directed by Les Waters, at Yale Repertory Theatre (1120 Chapel Street), November 30-December 22. Opening Night is tonight, December 6. The cast of DEAR ELIZABETH is Mary Beth Fisher and Jefferson Mays. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the pair onstage in the photos below!
After a successful run in 2011 at Chicago's About Face Theatre, The Ringwald brings the Michigan premiere of Philip Dawkins play, The Homosexuals, to Detroit. Filled with a dynamic cast of local actors, The Homosexuals is directed by local favorite, Annette Madias (The Rise and Fall of Little Voice, The Normal Heart). The Homosexuals plays November 16 - December 10, 2012 at The Ringwald Theatre, 22742 Woodward Avenue in downtown Ferndale. Meet the cast in the photos below!

Second Stage Theatre's current season will continue with a new production of Paula Vogel's Pulitzer Prize-winning play, How I Learned To Drive, directed by Kate Whoriskey and starring Norbert Leo Butz and Elizabeth Reaser. Last night, Monday, May 10, The New Group opened their latest production of The Kid. This marks the final production in The New Group's current 2009-2010 season, which featured Kenneth Lonergan's The Starry Messenger and most recently, the hit revival of Sam Shepard's A Lie of the Mind, directed by Ethan Hawke. The Kid plays a limited Off-Broadway engagement through May 29 at The New Group @ Theatre Row. BroadwayWorld was on hand to capture the opening night after party arrivals.
