It has been an epic year for Broadway, with a whopping 24 plays having opened in 2017. Before we get wrapped up in the theatre season ahead, BroadwayWorld wants to stop and salute the shows that made this year great. Check out our 2017 wrap up below!

This week THEATER TALK presents the Season's-End Critics panel - with Peter Marks of The Washington Post, Terry Teachout of THE WALL Street Journal, Elisabeth Vincentelli of The New York Times & The New Yorker, and Linda Winer of Newsday - discussing the notable plays of Spring 2017 on Broadway. Then, Tony winner Joel Grey joins co-hosts Michael Riedel of the New York Post and Susan Haskins to talk about his revealing memoir, 'Master of Ceremonies' (Flatiron Books). The episode also features a surprise Michael Musto Roast featurette.

J.T. Rogers has won the 2017 Tony Award for Best Play for Oslo.

Michael Aronov has won the 2017 Tony Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Play for Oslo. This marks the actors first Tony nomination and win. His other Lincoln Center Theater credits include Golden Boy (Belasco Theatre), and Blood and Gifts (U.S. premiere). 

Three years after taking Broadway by storm as the D'Ysquith clan (second Tony nomination), Jefferson Mays is back! His current role as OSLO's Terje Rod-Larsen has earned him his third nomination, for best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Play, and he's telling us why this time of year has him acting delirious and giddy all over again! 

A decade after her last foray on Broadway, two-time Tony winner Jennifer Ehle is back in the groundbreaking Oslo. Her performance as peace negotiator 'Mona Juul' has brought her back to the Tonys party and she couldn't be more thrilled!

This week's guests include Oslo playwright J.T. Rogers, director Bartlett Sher, and actors Jennifer Ehle and Jefferson Mays, who portray real-life Norwegian diplomats Mona Juul and Terje Rod-Larsen. All the members of our panel are 2017 Tony nominees for Oslo, which received a total of 7 Tony Award nominations.

Herbert Blomstedt will return to the New York Philharmonic to lead the Orchestra in Beethoven's Symphonies Nos. 7 and 8, Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at 7:30 p.m.; Friday, February 24 at 11:00 a.m.; and Saturday, February 25 at 8:00 p.m.
