Disney Theatrical Productions and Stage Entertainment, the largest theatrical producing company in Europe, have announced an expansion of their relationship, which will lead to a production of Tarzan in Amsterdam in spring of 2007

He has sold more than 70 million solo albums and is best known as a drummer, songwriter and performer. Oscar-winning songwriter and seven-time Grammy Award winner Phil Collins can now add Broadway composer to his credits. He has written the music and lyrics, and has even expanded his songs for Disney's film into a complete theatre score.

Disney Theatrical Productions has announced that a Student Rush Program will replace the previously announced Lottery Ticket Program for their production of TARZAN®. The Student Rush Program will begin with the performance on Thursday, April 6th.

Two and a half hours prior to each performance of TARZAN®, guests are invited to fill out a lottery card at the Richard Rodgers Theatre (226 West 46th Street) to enter the drawing for a limited number of $20 lottery tickets to that particular performance.

The production will star Josh Strickland as Tarzan, Jenn Gambatese as Jane, Merle Dandridge as Kala, Shuler Hensley as Kerchak, Chester Gregory II as Terk, Timothy Jerome as Professor Porter and Donnie Keshawarz as Clayton. Daniel Manche and Alex Rutherford will alternate in the role of Young Tarzan.

Tickets go on sale to the general public this Sunday, November 20, for TARZAN®, The Broadway Musical, presented by Disney Theatrical Productions.
