Berkeley Repertory Theatre today announced the full cast and creative team for Metamorphoses. This co-production with the Guthrie Theater is led by nationally and internationally renowned writer and director Mary Zimmerman.

Cyrus Meher-Homji, General Manager, Classics and Jazz, Universal Music Australia is awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for service to the performing arts, particularly through music. The Order of Australia is the pre-eminent means by which Australia recognises the outstanding and meritorious service of its citizens and announced today as part of the Australia Day 2019 Honours List. The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) today announced that David Foster, renowned musician, songwriter, composer, arranger and producer, will be recognized with the 2019 Humanitarian Award. The award honours Foster's lifelong dedication to philanthropy through his support of hundreds of charities, including his own non-profit organization, The David Foster Foundation, which raises organ donation awareness and provides financial support to Canadian families in need of life-saving transplants.

David Berglas, internationally renowned magician and longtime supporter of the College of Magic, Cape Town's only magical arts organisation, has been appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the New Year Honours List for services to Magic and Psychology.
