To mark 40 years since her West End debut Elaine Paige, the UK's ?First Lady of Musical Theatre', will embark on a concert tour of the UK in February and March 2009. She will perform some of her best known and most loved musical memories alongside an orchestra visiting 14 cities along the way. In addition to the tour, Paige is also releasing a new live album, currently available online only, entitled Elaine Paige Live: Celebrating a Life Onstage.

Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts at Brooklyn College welcomes legendary composer/performer and 2008 Theater Hall of Fame inductee Marvin Hamlisch for an elegant evening of unforgettable music on Saturday, April 25, 2009 at 8pm. Jones-Executive Director) announces its mainstage production of Little Shop of Horrors, a musical written by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman. It's a musical comedy to die for - literally! The musical is based on Roger Corman's 1960 sci-fi comedy and includes several show-stopping numbers including 'Skid Row (Downtown),' 'Somewhere That's Green,' and 'Suddenly Seymour,' as well as the title song. Little Shop of Horrors will run at the Millburn theatre from June 4 through July 6, 2008.
