The Sheldon Art Galleries presents two new exhibits by painter Max Lazarus in the Bellwether Gallery of St. Louis Artists and Bernoudy Gallery of Architecture. Earlier today the National Film Registry of the Library of Congress published a list of 25 films to be added to the list of over 500 respected movies dating back to 1891. As specified by the National Film Preservation Act, the Library of Congress names 25 movies every year to the registry that are 'culturally, historically, or aesthetically' significant. The movies do not need to be feature-length, or even have had a theatrical release; however they do need to be at least 10 years old.
