Portland Center Stage is thrilled to announce that due to sold out houses and increasing demand, Storm Large's world premiere autobiographical musical, Crazy Enough, will extend through June 28th, 2009.

With a three week extension that is already sold out and last night?s pick up of Drammy Awards for Original Music and Musical Actress in a Lead Role, Portland Center Stage is delighted announce a second extension for Crazy Enough, through July 26th, including 2 Late Night Performances at 10pm during Portland Center Stage?s new works festival, JAW, Friday July 24th and Saturday July 25th. The production will take a break June 29th through July 6th, picking back up with performances July 7th through the 26th, with Tuesday through Friday performances at 7:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday matinee performances at 2:00 pm and one Saturday 7:30 performance on July 18th. There will be no Thursday matinees for the added extension weeks. Tickets range from $25.50 to $48.50, with student and under 30 discounts available. We the people of Portland Center Stage, in order to form a more artistic union, establish theatre, insure domestic entertainment, provide for the common man, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of tickets to ourselves and our patrons, do ordain and establish this New Deal for the citizens of Portland Oregon: For one day only, all remaining seats in the 2008/2009 season will be on sale for $25.

For Storm Large (Portland rock legend and star of last season's Cabaret), answering that question has been a lifelong journey. This world premiere production weaves music and story into a ride through the darkest alleys and brightest vistas faced by the human mind. As hard as nails, as fragile as a raindrop, and as sexy as your most unrepeatable dreams- Crazy Enough will be an event that lingers long into the night.
