?Symphony Space's Just Kidding continues its weekly boredom-busting performances from the superheroes of all-ages entertainment. The holiday season performances in December launch (literally) with the awe-inspiring acrobatics of Push Physical Theatre on December 13th and the up-tempo, kid-friendly hip hop tunes of Father Goose on December 20th.

It's also obvious that they've worked very hard at becoming the best vocalists they can possibly be. They have just as much right to live out their cabaret performing fantasies as, oh, about 75 percent of the 'singers' booking shows in cabaret room all over the New York. If Wilson and Ringwald weren't bold-faced names would their singing really be considered good enough to merit them gigs (and extended ones at that) at the Cafe Carlyle? And if they weren't celebrities, would they be receiving such breathlessly positive reviews from critics, some of who should know better?

The Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts announces the Grand Premiere schedule of free and ticketed events in celebration of the highly anticipated grand opening of the performing arts center in downtown Orlando. With a wide range of performances in theater, dance, popular music and family entertainment, the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts Grand Premiere, Presented by Dr. Phillips Charities and Balfour Beatty Construction, launches the opening of the new Central Florida destination, currently comprising the Walt Disney Theater, the Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater and the Seneff Arts Plaza.

LAS VEGAS (September 29, 2014) - Vocal impressionist Veronic DiCaire will raise funds and awareness for her selected charity partner Nevada Ballet Theatre in October, as part of her "Lend Your Voice" campaign, a monthly goodwill effort for Las Vegas-based nonprofits. To celebrate its 40th anniversary this season, Orchestra of St. Luke's (OSL) turned to works that have been favorites among its musicians and audiences as the starting point for its Chamber Music Series programs. For the season-opening concerts in late October at The Morgan Library & Museum and Brooklyn Museum, the genesis of the program was the Schubert Octet, a work beloved and frequently performed by St. Luke's Chamber Ensemble throughout its history.
