With the awards ceremony currently in progress, director/choreographer Rob Ashford has just been announced as the winner of a Creative Arts Emmy Award for 'Outstanding Choreography' for his work on the 'Musicals Are Back' segment of the 81st Annual Academy Awards.

Dean Mary Schmidt Campbell of the Tisch School of the Arts announced today that it will hold its annual gala, This is Tisch!, on Monday, November 2nd at the renowned Frederick P. Rose Hall, home of Jazz at Lincoln Center.
