Rattlestick Playwright's Theater and Women's Project Theater have announced that Gina Gershon (Cabaret, Boeing Boeing) will star alongside co-stars Josiah Bania (Sarah Ruhl's Three Sisters at Yale Rep), Shiloh Fernandez (Red Riding Hood) and Drama Desk nominee Morgan Spector (A View From The Bridge, 'Boardwalk Empire'), in their co-production of this spring's New York premiere of IRONBOUND by Martyna Majok (Petty Harbor) in her New York City debut. One of the Top Ten Plays on the 2014 Kilroys' List, IRONBOUND is directed by Daniella Topol (When January Feels Like Summer, Row After Row) and begins performances March 3, 2016, with an Opening Night of March 16, 2016, at Rattlestick Playwrights Theater.

Rebecca Hall and Dan Stevens are starring in the subversive romantic comedy PERMISSION, written and directed by Brian Crano, as a couple who decide to sleep with other people for the sake of their relationship.

Morgan Spector (“Boardwalk Empire”) has signed on to star in the USA Network pilot, PARADISE PICTURES. 

Variety has confirmed that NBC has cancelled its freshman drama ALLEGIANCE after just five episodes. The spy thriller, which debuted on February 5th to only five million total viewers

NBC's developmental slate just expanded again with a series pick-up for ALLEGIANCE (formerly titled Coercion), a drama from writer/director George Nolfi based on the Israeli series The Gordin Cell.

The New Group presents the New York premiere of Annapurna by Sharr White, directed by Bart DeLorenzo and featuringMegan Mullally and Nick Offerman, in a limited Off-Broadway engagement through June 1. While waiting for the snow to clear you can show your metro card to purchase $20 tickets to see Roundabout Theatre Company's MACHINAL starring Rebecca Hall on Broadway. The $20 tickets go on sale at 10AM tomorrow morning, February 13. Machinal plays at 8pm tomorrow night at the American Airlines Theatre (227 West 42 Street). $20 tickets are available for purchase at the box office only. The New Group continues its 2013-2014 season with the world premiere of Intimacy, a new play by Thomas Bradshaw. Directed by Scott Elliott, Intimacy features David Anzuelo, Austin Cauldwell, Ella Dershowitz, Laura Esterman, Daniel Gerroll, Dea Julien and Keith Randolph Smith.
