After the success of 3-night Brooklyn Burlesque Blitz, The Burlesque Alliance bring their teasing talents to The Big Apple for five nights of winter hotness!

To celebrate one of the most successful shows of its fall season, The Club at La MaMa will re-mount The New Stage Theatre Company production of 'Oh, Those Beautiful Weimar Girls' from January 29 to February 7, 2010.

After a sold-out final weekend of 'Filthy Lucre: A Burlesque Christmas Carol' (starring Nasty Canasta, 'Perhaps the loveliest and certainly the nudest Scrooge in history' -The New York Times), Pinchbottom offers one last chance to spend the goddamn holidays in naked style with another risque retelling of a classic tale, 'How The Pinch Stole Xmas'.

Pinchbottom Burlesque today confirmed five additional guest stars for the two-week holiday extravaganza FILTHY LUCRE: A Burlesque Christmas Carol which will run from December 2-13 at Walkerspace in TriBeCa: Creamy Stevens, Perle Noire, Schaffer the Darklord, Vikki Likkerish, and Taylor Mac.

While calling the recent entertainment at The Triad Erotic Broadway may carry the same lack of appropriateness as expressed in the traditional arguments against the moniker Holy Roman Empire (It's really more 'cute and sexy' than erotic and the material's ties to Broadway are sporadic at best.), the cheery and playful variety show directed and choreographed by Tricia Brouk offers bouncy fun for all (legal) ages.
