The Williamstown Theatre Festival (WTF) has announced casting for its 2009 Main Stage Season running from July 1 to August 23 at the '62 Center for Theatre and Dance in Williamstown, MA. In making the announcement Artistic Director Nicholas Martin said, 'I am so thrilled to bring this decorated and talented group of artists to the Berkshires this summer for our 55th Anniversary Season.'

Judith Light, whose award-winning career has spanned across television, theater and film, will head the cast of A. R. Gurney's vital and insightful family drama, Children. May 26 - June 13, 2009

GATES OF GOLD, a new comedic drama by Frank McGuinness will hold its American Premiere at 59E59 Theaters. Previews begin Thursday, February 19, 2009. Primary Stages (Casey Childs, Executive Producer; Andrew Leynse, Artistic Director; Elliot Fox, Managing Director) has announced the addition of the New York premiere of the new comedy, Love Child, written and performed by Daniel Jenkins and Robert Stanton, as an added event of the 2008-2009 season.

LECTURE, WITH CELLO, by ROBERT MOULTHROP, is a one-person drama with absurdist echoes; a skewed version of music history becomes the platform for an exploration of the conjunction of madness, violence & art. KENT PAUL directs this AEA Approved Showcase Production, featuring TIMOTHY BABCOCK as 'The Professor.'
