On the eve of the premiere of GENIUS: PICASSO on Tuesday April 24, National Geographic announced today that the third season of its acclaimed scripted anthology series will bring to life the myth maker and towering literary figure Mary Shelley. From Fox 21 Television Studios, the new season will again be executive produced by Brian Grazer and Ron Howard's Imagine Entertainment, MWM Studios and EUE/Sokolow, and will premiere globally on National Geographic in 172 countries and 43 languages in 2019. The first season of GENIUS was watched by more than 45 million people around the world, and was National Geographic's best performing new series launch ever.

Hosted by actor Jaleel White, the event challenged 12 regional winners in the Meal Through the Arts competition to prepare their recipes for a live audience and a panel of celebrity chefs (to include Chef Ito Fuyuhiko, Chef Jamika Pessoa and Certified Master Chef Daryl Shular). These students competed in four categories: canapé, salad, entrée and dessert.

From Clint Eastwood comes THE 15:17 TO PARIS, which tells the real-life story of three men whose brave act turned them into heroes during a highspeed railway ride. The film will be released in theaters beginning February 9, 2018 and will be distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures.

E! announced today that the network has ordered a third season of hit series HOLLYWOOD MEDIUM WITH TYLER HENRY. The series follows Tyler Henry, one of Hollywood's go-to mediums, as he connects celebrities with their deceased loved ones through profound validations in hopes of coming to terms with their passing.

ET, CBS, EPIX, FOX. NBC, and Netflix have added additional talent to their featured panels at the annual 2017 PaleyFest Fall TV Previews (September 6-16, 2017).

CBS yesterday unveiled its 2017-2018 primetime lineup, featuring four new comedies, four new dramas and 23 returning series. Today, the network shared first look trailers at all six of its new shows coming this fall.

SNL star Bobby Moynihan will leave the long-running sketch comedy show after nine seasons. The news comes as the comic's new comedy pilot, ME, MYSELF & I, has been picked up to series by CBS and will debut this Fall.
