Trafalgar Releasing Brings Tribeca Hit BETWEEN ME AND MY MIND To Theaters 7/17

Following a critically-acclaimed, sold out world premiere at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival, global event distributor Trafalgar Releasing today announced plans to bring Between Me and My Mind, a feature-length documentary chronicling the life and music of Trey Anastasio, to movie theaters across North America for a one-night engagement on July 17.

Miramax has preemptively acquired the rights to Peter Hoare's comedy pitch, THE TWENTY YEAR. Hoare's writing credits include KEVIN CAN WAIT and STANDING UP, FALLING DOWN, which will premiere at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival. The studio is fast tracking development with Matthew Anderson at Miramax supervising the comedy.

Nashville-based singer-songwriter Tony Lucca is flexing his Americana muscles on his forthcoming new album,Ain't No Storm, which he will be releasing on March 29, 2019. Ain't No Storm reads like a who's who of East Nashville notables: Ken Coomer produced the record at his studio, Cartoon Moon, great Nashville players like Michael Webb, Ted Pecchio, and Joe Garcia lent their talents — and even Patrick Sweany stopped in for a cameo on “Room With A View.” Replete with songs borne of his admiration for Nashville's rich history – the town's creative community ultimately fueled Lucca's return to the studio and inspired the new album – Ain't No Storm finds Lucca embracing with reverence the process and craft of songwriting and taking his time (more than two years) to get it right.

Disney Partners with Spirit Airlines for DUMBO-Inspired Plane

Celebrating the upcoming release of Disney's live-action movie “Dumbo,” Spirit Airlines today unveiled its specially-themed Airbus A321 that features a larger-than-life image of the beloved Disney character Dumbo. Spirit and Disney revealed the new plane with a time-lapse video of the decal-wrapping process which took place at Spirit's state-of-the-art Detroit maintenance hangar.

Drury Lane Theatre announces casting for its production of the international megahit Mamma Mia!, with music and lyrics by Benny Andersson and Bj rn Ulvaeus, some songs with Stig Anderson, and book by Catherine Johnson. Originally conceived by Judy Craymer, Mamma Mia! is directed by Artistic Director William Osetek and choreographed by Jane Lanier with music direction by Roberta Duchak. Mamma Mia! runs February 7 April 14, 2019, at Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace. The press opening is scheduled for Thursday, February 21 at 8:00 p.m.
