The Denver Center for the Performing Arts has announced the full creative team and partial casting for the Theatre Company's world premiere of The 12, a brand new rock musical with book and lyrics by Tony Award winner Robert Schenkkan (All The Way) and music and lyrics by Neil Berg (Grumpy Old Men).

On Wednesday, Dec. 17 and Thursday, Dec. 18, Upright Cabaret celebrated its 9th annual 'A Broadway Christmas' combining the best of Broadway with the carols of Christmastime at the Catalina Bar & Grill in Hollywood, CA. Produced by Chris Isaacson Presents in association with Ryan O'Connor.

On November 14th at 9:30PM the cast of POP NATION gathered at 54 Below to sing the greatest hits of their favorite late '90s boy bands and pop princesses. Audiences heard their favorite tunes by the Backstreet Boys, *N'Sync, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Ricky Martin, Kelly Clarkson, Jessica Simpson, Mandy Moore, O-Town and more as this close-knit cast celebrates and remembers one of the greatest eras in Pop Music history. BroadwayWorld has just learned that POP NATION, a theatrical social event merging music, theater and the nightclub experience, has delayed performances at Hudson (356 W. 58th Street at 9th Avenue). THe show was previously set to begin previews on November 14th with opening night set for January 8th. POP NATION has original music and lyrics by Damon Intrabartolo (bare, 'Superman Returns,' 'X Men 2') and book by Kenny Finkle (Indoor/Outdoor). A press representative has confirmed that the show will now begin in mid December because 'mounting the massive production has taken longer than expected.'

In response to the devastating typhoon and its aftermath in the Philippines, producers Patty Onagan and Ronn Goswick presented A Relief Benefit Concert for the Philippines at The Pasadena Playhouse, a one-night-only event on Wednesday, December 18, 2013. Proceeds will support the American Red Cross' Typhoon Appeal and its efforts to assist overseas as the people of the Philippines begin to recover and rebuild. Check out photos from the concert below!
