HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING - The Un-Common Theatre Company

The Un-Common Theatre Company Announces Auditions for How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying!

The Un-Common Theatre Company is thrilled to announce auditions for their Spring Production of “How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying” on December 16th from 1:00 to 4:00 pm.

This production offers many featured roles, a large chorus and lots of fun, hilarious music and dancing. Bringing together the talents of Un-Common veteran Director Christa Crewdson (Arlington, MA), Music Director Esther Zabinski (Pawtucket, RI),and Choreographer Julia Snider (Cambridge, MA), “How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying” will feature a cast of 7th to 12th graders.

Power, sex, ambition, greed... it's just another day at the office. From the authors of Guys And Dolls comes one of the most delightfully irreverent musicals of all time. A satire of big business and all it holds sacred, “How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying” follows the rise of J. Pierrepont Finch, who uses a little handbook called "How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying" to climb the corporate ladder from lowly window washer to high-powered executive, tackling such familiar but potent dangers as the aggressively compliant "company man," the office party, backstabbing co-workers, caffeine addiction and, of course, true love.

Following its recent Tony-winning Broadway revival in 2011 and winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, “How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying” melds wit, comedy, and romance together to perfection and is certain to entertain all who experience it. We invite you to join us for one of the most delightfully irreverent musicals of all time.
