Also seeking an Equity Stage Manager, who may also sign up at the EPA for a brief interview.

Preparation
Prepare a brief dramatic contemporary monologue approximately 1 to 1 ½ minutes in length. Have an additional dramatic contrasting monologue ready to perform if asked. No longer than 2 minutes total.

Bring picture and resume.

SM's bring cover letter and resume.

Other Dates
Rehearsals begin May 9th. Performances are June 3-5th at The Point Theater in the Bronx.

Seeking:

Joe
Age 40’s-50’s, an everyday working man from the Northeast. Strong, but gentle family man. He is dying.

Maggie
Age 40’s-50’s, Joe’s wife. An everyday working woman from the Northeast. Is in denial her husband is dying.

Steve
14 to 16 years old. Joe and Maggie's son. Does not know of his father's terminal illness. Some guitar experience preferred.

Brian
Age 40’s-50’s. Gay. In a relationship with Mark. Smart and sassy. Dying.

Mark
Age 20’s-40’s. Very good looking. Brian’s caretaker and lover. Ex Go-Go boy type.

Beverly
Age 40’s-50’s. Brian’s ex-wife. Funny and full of life. The comedic relief of the play.

Felicity
Ages 60’s-70’s. Blind and in a wheelchair. Earthy, feisty and a no nonsense woman. She is dying. Agnes’s mother.

Agnes
Ages 40’s-50’s. Devoted to her mother but often frustrated. Plain-Jane type. Very ordinary, unremarkable in every way.

Interviewer
Any Age and Type. Strong Voice. Only heard, not seen. God like.
