Seeking:

Albert Peterson:
Male late 30's Quirky and charming leading man. Head of his family's music business, and devoted son to an overbearing Mother. A sweet stand up guy who is in love with his secretary, Rosie Alvarez, but clearly stuck. Classic song and dance man.

Rose Alvarez:
Female, 30s, Smart and attractive and feisty Latina who is loyal to Albert though loosing patience with his lack of commitment. Eager to go from Albert's secretary to his loving wife. Seeking a dynamic performer who is an excellent actress, singer and dancer.

Kim MacAfee:
Female, teen. Must believably play 15 in an intimate theatre. Attractive All American girl of the 1950's midwest. Excited to revel in her new-found “maturity” but quickly able to slide back into the bliss and innocence of childhood. Soprano and excellent mover

Harry MacAfee:
Male, late 40’s -50. Uptight and beleaguered family man who is struggling to reign in a teenaged daughter, and a precocious son. Great comic skills required, as he gets frustrated easily. Must Sing

Doris MacAfee:
Female, 40's, Classic 1950's housewife of the Donna Reed variety, Smarter and calmer than her husband, but lives in a time where wives were seen but rarely heard.

Mae Peterson:
Female, late 50’s- 60’s, a Bronx widow who's never been shy, or silent, She is continually nagging her son, Albert, and spends every scene unabashedly (and often successfully) laying a guilt trip on him. Strong comic actress who sings.

Ursula Merkle
Female teen, believably plays 15 on stage. Hyper-enthusiastic best friend and next door neighbor of Kim MacAfee Comic actress, singer and dancer. Especially seeking all ethnicities for this role

Hugo Peabody
Male teen, believably plays 16 on stage, Kim's steady boyfriend, cute and quirky
