Prepare 16 bars of a song. Bring sheet music in correct key; accompanist provided but may not transpose. Also be prepared to read from the script at the auditions.

The production is a musical adaptation of Babes in Toyland based on the 1939 Laurel & Hardy movie.
Something is amiss in the Land of Make Believe. Barnaby is threatening Mother Goose with eviction unless her daughter, Bo Peep, marries him. One of the Three Little Pigs is missing and on top of that, even Christmas is in doubt! Who could possibly save the day? Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum? No, really, who could possible save the day? Our original TGS adaptation is based loosely on the Victor Herbert operetta and the Laurel & Hardy classic film.

All roles available. There are 5 Equity contracts available for actors to be cast from all the roles available.
There is also one Equity ASM position available.
Note:
Rehearsal schedules are generally two or three evenings during the week, and a weekend afternoon. All cast members are expected for all performances, with no exception since the company does not cast understudies.
The Growing Stage Theatre is located in northwestern New Jersey and no regular mass transportation is available. Own transportation is strongly recommended.
