DANCE MOMS Star Mack Z Tops Pharrell & 'Frozen' on iTunes Charts

Mackenzie "Mack Z" Ziegler, the nine-year-old breakout star of the Lifetime's smash hit reality series, "Dance Moms" zoomed up the iTunes charts this weekend with sales of her self-titled debut album, "Mack Z." Over the weekend, Mack Z's album reached the number one position on the iTunes pop chart. The album also broke the top ten of iTunes' album sales across all genres hitting #7 this Saturday April 26th.

Produced and written by Andrew Logan and Pam Reswick for Logan's Kismet Music Inc. independent label, "Mack Z's" full release date is this Tuesday, April 29th. Mack Z's album is fast becoming a worldwide phenomenon, reaching #6 in Canada, #11 in Mexico and #34 in Australia on the iTunes pop charts of these respective countries.

Album sales and sales of Mack Z's single, "It's a Girl Party" (which debuted on April 1st) are expected to get another huge SPIKE this Tuesday when her official music video (directed by Logan) premieres on a special "kids-only" episode of "Dance Moms." at 9pm EST.

Mackenzie "Mack Z" Ziegler is currently the youngest dancer in the "Dance Moms" series. She has been nominated twice for the "TeenChoice" award. She lives in the Pittsburgh area with her family.

An accomplished producer, director, songwriter and performer, Andrew Logan is currently the driving force behind the NAACP Image Award nominated series "Verses and Flow" (TV One), serving as both producer and director through the show's three successful seasons. Recent credits include Jessie J's music video for "Crazy Bout U" from the Oscar nominated film "Silver Linings Playbook" and artistic and tour director for the Verizon Wireless Tour "How Sweet The Sound" for years running. He conceived and directed Glee star, Lea Michelle's Dove commercial as well as the "mash-up" featuring Julie Andrews using original screen footage from "The Sound Of Music".

Pam Reswick's successful career as a songwriter and producer spans all musical genres. Jo Dee Messina topped the country charts with the Reswick's song "Burn. " Reswick co-wrote and produced Laura Pausini's #1 Billboard Dance hit, "If That's Love." Legendary artists as Natalie Cole ("I Live For Your Love"),Smokey Robinson ("Everything You Touch") and Kenny Loggins ("I'm Gonna Miss You") have all recorded her songs. Reswick also wrote and produced chart toppers for many of Australia's biggest names in music, including, Tina Arena, Rick Price and Vanessa Amorosi. She has also created music for some of the most popular shows on television, including American Idol, Vampire Diaries and America's Next Top Model and for films including Driven, 102 Dalmatians and the teen smash Bring It On.
