The anachronistic show explores the lives of the nine presidential assassins and would-be assassins, weaving together fictional scenes where the characters interact among each other with real-life events.
Neil Patrick Harris will return to Broadway in Hedwig and the Angry Inch, the musical with text by John Cameron Mitchell and music and lyrics by Stephen Trask, and in a recent interview with Vanity Fair, he revealed that he is already preparing for the role. On his recent weight loss, he commented: 'As Barney I'm all shoulders and arms and chest, but as Hedwig I'll be all legs and butt and back. Like Cyd Charisse.'
Neil Patrick Harris' return to Broadway in HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH, the musical with text by John Cameron Mitchell and music and lyrics by Stephen Trask, directed by Michael Mayer, will open Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at the Belasco Theatre (111 West 44th Street) with previews beginning Saturday, March 29.

Jack Bronis will join Dana O'Brien and Edmund O'Brien as 'The Therapist' in this improvised hour-long show where the audience members fill out patient history forms to create four characters that go through individual and couples therapy sessions. Award-winning singer Brian De Lorenzo swings into The Metropolitan Room to celebrate the artistry and remarkable career of one of America's favorite singers, Nat King Cole tonight, August 24 at 7 p.m. De Lorenzo presents songs for which Mr. Cole is well known - songs such as 'Nature Boy,' 'Mona Lisa,' and 'Don't Get Around Much Anymore' - plus stories and anecdotes about Mr. Cole's personal and professional lives. De Lorenzo will also interweave memories and anecdotes from his own experiences of Nat King Cole's music.

Stage Entertainment USA and Sylvester Stallone have announced that the new musical, ROCKY, will come to Broadway in 2014, beginning preview performances in February and officially opening in March at Broadway's historic Winter Garden Theatre.
