Pig Iron Theatre Company is celebrating the release of their first collection of plays during this year's Live Arts Festival and Philly Fringe. The book, Pig Iron: Three Plays, will be feted on Monday, September 17th at Christ Church Neighborhood House, 20 N. American Street. The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) has announced the full slate of 34 musical productions and special events for its ninth annual festival. This year's Festival will begin July 9th and continue through July 29th. An additional slate of free events, including 12 staged readings and several educational panel discussions, will be announced shortly.

Block will join the Tony Award winning company of Anything Goes performing the role of 'Reno Sweeney' while Sutton Foster is filming the television pilot, Bunheads, for 3 weeks in November.
