Producer Jeffrey Finn announced today that Academy Award-winning film and stage star Hayley Mills will join legendary star Richard Chamberlain to headline the upcoming National Tour of the beloved play ON GOLDEN POND. The 30-week tour of the two-time 2005 Tony Award-nominated production will launch September 5, 2006 in Fort Worth, Texas at Bass Performance Hall. A complete list of touring cities and venues will be announced in the coming weeks.

Somerset Maugham social comedy The Constant Wife, directed by Mark Brokaw at the American Airlines Theatre (227 West 42nd Street).

It's been said that desperate times call for desperate measures. Nowhere is this more evident than in the trials undertaken by the protagonists of the three plays presented during Dreamscape's Theatre's Season on the Edge. Dark works all, (some more humorous than others), each tale follows an individual pushed to the limit by outside forces, resulting in an desperate attempt to ease the torments within.

The production, conducted by Sir Neville Marriner and directed by Edward Berkeley, will be performed March 17-19 and 22, 2005.

Rees, who will assume his post January 1, 2005, replaces Michael Ritchie, who is leaving the Festival to become Artistic Director of Center Theatre Group in Los Angeles.
