South Coast Repertory kicks off the 2008-09 Season with the World Premiere of its first commissioned musical: An Italian Straw Hat: A Vaudeville.

The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF), now in its fourth year, is a three-week event in NYC that has premiered over 90 musicals in its first three years, becoming the largest musical theatre event in America. Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) is launching a national touring production of their Broadway smash hit TWELVE ANGRY MEN, starring Richard Thomas, written by Reginald Rose and directed by Scott Ellis. This is the first touring production for the not-for-profit organization.
