Roundabout Theatre Company has announced three productions as part of the 2011-2012 theatrical season. Bob Fosse's Dancin', a masterful tribute to legendary choreographer Bob Fosse, directed by Graciela Daniele, will play Studio 54 in the Fall of 2011. Sons of the Prophet by Stephen Karam, directed by Peter DuBois, will also premiere this Fall, while Look Back in Anger by John Osborne, directed by Sam Gold, will hit the stage in the Winter of 2012.

Jefferson Performing Arts Society (JPAS) is thrilled to be working with New Orleans theatre mega-talents Gary Rucker and Kelly Fouchi of Theatre 13 in the upcoming 34th Season 2011-2012. These two local theatre regulars join JPAS as director and choreographer (respectively) for a co-production of THE DROWSY CHAPERONE in September of 2011. Rucker and Fouchi have graced the JPAS stages in past productions and JPAS is ecstatic to have these two on the production side for the 34th Season. Celebrated actress and two-time Tony Award-winner Frances Sternhagen will be joining the confluence of artists and audiences for Florida Stage's 5th Annual 1st Stage New Works Festival. Ms. Sternhagen will be featured in a staged reading of legendary playwright Israel Horovitz' new play Beverley on Saturday, February 5, 2011. On Friday, February 4, in place of the Festival's usual Keynote speech, Ms. Sternhagen will take part in what is being called 'A Conversation with Frances Sternhagen.' Florida Stage Producing Director Louis Tyrrell will conduct a public interview with Sternhagen on stage in the Persson Hall at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts.
