The Heartland Men's Chorus honors composer Stephen Schwartz with A Little Bit Wicked at the Folly Theater in Kansas City. The program runs two nights only, Saturday June 13 and Sunday June 14. The chorus if more than 120 singers pays tribute to the 40 years of work by Schwartz with songs from his Broadway and film musicals.

Rack have announced the cast for the World Premiere Wicked Lit installation of Algernon Blackwood's THE DOLL, adapted by Rack and directed by Millet (July 11-26, 2014; Fridays-Sundays, 7:00 p.m., 8:15 p.m., and 9:30 p.m.): Asia Aragon (Unbound Productions debut), Jennifer Novak Chun (The Lurking Fear, The Masque of the Red Death Experience, and The Legend of Sleepy Hollow - Wicked Lit2013), Amelia Meyers (Unbound Productions debut), Tanya Mironowski (The Unnamable, Wicked Lit 2010, 2011), and Andrew Thatcher (Wake Not the Dead, Wicked Lit 2012). On Monday, May 12, 2014, AOP (American Opera Projects) hosts its 25th Anniversary Gala honoring Stephen Schwartz, composer and lyricist of Wicked, Pippin, and Godspell as well as the AOP-developed opera Seance on a Wet Afternoon that premiered at Opera Santa Barbara and ran at New York City Opera for ten performances in their 2010-11 Season. The evening, titled 'Opera Sings Broadway Sings Opera,' brings together stars of Opera and Broadway at The Players (16 Gramercy Park South), an historic theatre club in Manhattan.
