REMEMBER DECEMBER Comes to Tron Theatre

By:

REMEMBER DECEMBER Comes to Tron Theatre ImageThis Christmas, Tron Theatre Company is delighted to present a Tron Christmas classic, Remember December. Ideal for little ones aged 3-6 year-olds and their adults, the show is written by our Creative Learning Manager Lisa Keenan (Snow Pals, The Night After Christmas) for our studio space (capacity 60), directed and brought up-to-date this year by Rosalind Sydney (who you may remember from 2016's The Night After Christmas).

Designer Jessica Brettle transforms our small studio space (capacity 60) into a cosy living room where forgetful Flora and her best pal in the world (her Granny) are busy writing their letters to Santa one snowy December eve... But when Flora realises she has forgotten to post her letter, she is left wondering what will happen on 25th December if she does not manage to put things right and make sure that her and Granny are not missed off of Santa's list!

Join Flora on a magical mission to the North Pole, where she'll meet a variety of quirky Christmas characters and maybe even have a wee boogie along the way. But will she remember what to do? We have a feeling she might need some help... We are delighted to welcome back festive favourites Isobel Joss as Flora and Mary Gapinski as her funky, fun-loving granny!

Remember December is 50 fun-filled minutes of charming storytelling, festive magic and audience participation - the perfect Christmas treat for little ones. Featuring choreography by Lisa Kennedy, lighting design by Malcolm Rogan and with a score by Sound Designer Danny Krass, Remember December uses the wonderful physicality and comic timing of the two actors to great effect and is an unforgettable visual experience for little ones who might still be too young for the Tron's main house panto.
