Williamstown Theatre Festival Producer Stephen M. Kaus just announced the full cast and creative team for The Visit, which runs on the Main Stage from July 31 through August 17.

Berkshire Theatre Group presents Michael Frayn's Benefactors, a summer stages critic's pick by The New York Times at The Unicorn Theatre in Stockbridge. Opening Night is July 12 at 8pm. Preview performances begin tonight, July 9 at 7pm and the production closes July 26 at 8pm.

Tony Award winner Daryl Roth (Kinky Boots, The Normal Heart) and Karyl Lynn Burns (The Best is Yet to Come) present the New York premiere of Wiesenthal, the award-winning play written by and starring Tom Dugan and directed by Jenny Sullivan. Wiesenthal launches a limited 14-week engagement, from October 24 through February 1, at the Acorn Theatre at Theatre Row, (410 W. 42nd Street). Opening night is November 5.

Sharon Tate in Heaven, presented by This American Blonde Actress and Mississippi Mud Productions, returns for a limited special New York City run this August 8th-11th, followed by two special dates in Lido Beach, New York August 16th and 17th. As covered in The New York Times' Fashion & Style section in an article on Sharon's enduring style, the TV smash Mad Men, the new book 'Sharon Tate: Recollection' by her sister, Debra, celebrating Sharon, the 'new generation crushing on Sharon Tate' as evident with high school students on Twitter, virtual fan sites on Facebook and Tumblr, and this Sharon Tate in Heaven show are evidence of Sharon Tate's mythos and enduring appeal as style icon.

Due to a scheduling conflict, the producers of THE ELEPHANT MAN have announced that the show will now begin performances on Friday, November 7, 2014, and open on Sunday, December 7, 2014 at the Booth Theatre (222 W 45th St). Tickets are currently on sale to the general public.

This is the final week to see the acclaimed Off-Broadway engagement of Ethel Sings by Joan Beber at Theatre Row's Beckett Theatre (410 West 42nd Street, between 9th and 10th Avenues). This limited engagement concludes July 13th.

Dorset Theatre Festival continues its tradition of New Play Development with a reading of acclaimed playwright Nicole Burdette's Utterly Changed. The reading, part of DTF's 2014 New Play Reading Series, will star Kathryn Erbe of Law and Order: Criminal Intent and take place on Sunday, July 13 at 7pm.

Jessica Stone directs a classic comedy with some of her own twists as the Williamstown Theatre Festival opens its 2014 season.

Playwrights Horizons has announced initial casting for its upcoming 2014/2015 Season. The announcement includes casting for the first two shows of the season: initial casting for BOOTYCANDY, the New York premiere of a new play written and directed by Obie Award winner Robert O'Hara (In the Continuum, Antebellum, Insurrection: Holding History); and initial casting for GRAND CONCOURSE, the World Premiere of a new play by playwright and two-time Obie Award-winning actress Heidi Schreck (There Are No More Big Secrets, Creature), directed by Kip Fagan (The Revisionist, Asuncion).

Jason Gotay, Robin Skye and more will star in '210 Amlent Avenue,' scheduled for a developmental reading at the 2014 New York Musical Theatre Festival.

The National Alliance For Musical Theatre (NAMT) announced today its selections for the 26th Annual Festival of New Musicals. Beautiful Poison, Cubamor, Great Wall, How To Break, Mary Marie, The Noteworthy Life of Howard Barnes, String and Stu For Silverton make up the eight new musicals that will be presented at the 26th Annual Festival of New Musicals on Thursday, October 23, 2014 and Friday, October 24, 2014 at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street).

Williamstown Theatre Festival launches its 2014 Main Stage Season, the 60th Anniversary Season for the Tony Award-winning theatre company. The Main Stage Season kicks off today, July 2, 2014 with a revival of Ring Lardner and George S. Kaufman's June Moon, directed by WTF favorite Jessica Stone.

Chester Theatre Company will open its 25th Anniversary Season with J.T. Rogers' haunting mystery MADAGASCAR. The production, which runs from June 25th through July 6th at the Chester Town Hall in Chester, MA, will feature CTC favorites Debra Jo Rupp (A Body of Water) and Kim Stauffer (Crime and Punishment).

As New York's premier Off-Broadway theater dedicated to kids and families, The New Victory Theater previously announced six NY premieres and seven U.S. premieres from eight different countries around the world in a new season that runs from September 26, 2014 through June 7, 2015. The New Victory 2014-15 season goes on sale today, July 1.

Bay Street Theater is pleased to announce BLACKOUT at Bay Street, a late night immersive cabaret. Doors will open immediately after the Mainstage show, at approximately 10:30 pm, with the cabaret performances beginning at 11 pm. The first weekend this summer is Friday and Saturday, August 8 and 9 with THE SKIVVIES. The second weekend this summer is Friday and Saturday, August 22 and 23 with THE BAY STREET MUSICAL CABARET. In 2012, Joe DiPietro joined forces with director Kathleen Marshall to take a forgotten Gershwin show, revamp it, and turn it into hit Nice Work if You Can Get it. Now, according to The Boston Globe, they're at it again. This time, they are taking Garson Kanin's 1985 play Peccadillo and turning it into Living on Love. Living on Love follows a Italian maestro and his wife, an opera dive, who hire ghostwriters of the opposite sex to pen competing memoirs. They both become trapped between their drive to battle each other and the feelings that arise for their ghostwriters.
